I want to support a toy drive for a childrens services center but I'm not sure how to word an information email to the contact person--I want to sound official as opposed to suspicious since i'm sort of contacting them out of the blue. Can anyone help? How should I word this email for information on a toy drive for christmas?I thinkt his question would have been a little easier to answer if you included more on the info you want to include.
I would start with a Dear -contact's name here- and use a comma if you want to seem friendly or a semicolon if you want it to be more official. You could add, "I am very interested in supporting the toy drive your company is sponsering, and would like to learn more about how I can help out."
Again, I don`t really know what else to add, but try to sound sincere, happy, and eager to help. =)
