Thats funny. Without breaking any laws? Impossible. Only the government can do that, and they better have a good reason for doing it. You could always ask nicely or trick them into giving it to you. What you should have done was get the information before hand. You need an attorney to follow up on the judgment. That said, has the person ever paid you by check? If so, and you deposited the check in your bank, try asking is your bank can pull an image of the check from their files. Hand the judgement over to a debt collection agency. They'll charge you a percentage, but will persue this person to the grave to get the money.
