What is the difference between a degree in Computer Information Systems and Information Systems? Which is better for getting a job after you graduate with a Bachelor's?What is the difference between a degree in Computer Information Systems and Information Systems?I believe that the Computer Information Systems(CIS) is more technical while Information Systems is more business oriented (more focus of the applications of technicial resources to the solving of business problems).



I think you choice between these two degrees will be less important than developing some work experience while still in college Also realize, that initially you may be paid more to do technical work, but long term those that focus on the business aspects tend to do better.
