What information are companies required to give to a customer?

I am working for a tempory angency I don't beleave they are forwarding my resume. Instead, I think they are just allowing me to sit and rot. I would like to know what they have done. How do I find that information out. The compnay will not release that information. What information are companies required to give to a customer?if you're having this much trouble with this temp agency, find another one. temp agencies don't really have to tell you anything as far as their efforts put into you. this is the downside of working with them. you are simply a search parameter in their database. whenever some new job comes in, they search and if your name pops up, then they call you. it's how they operate. they're only supposed to tell you basic info about the company itself and not really what goes on the inside. What information are companies required to give to a customer?they don't have to forward your resume unless it's written in your employment contract.

find another temp agency to work for and quit the old one when get you get a job. What information are companies required to give to a customer? They are not required to give out any information. If you are paying a fee, you might be able to recover some of the fee. Other than that, I think you are out of luck.
