Where can I look to find more information on a home for sale?
I found a home I am interested in for sale, but the condition is listed as-is. I went by the property and it looks nice from the outside, but I haven't been able to get a call back from the listing agent to take a look at it. I don't especially want to get my own agent because I am not seriously ready to jump into anything until I get more information. If the "as-is" means it's in crap condition inside, I don't even want to look. Suggestions?Where can I look to find more information on a home for sale?If it is a Real Estate listing ANY agent can show it to you. Just call every nearby agency in the Yellow Pages until you find someone to help. Most agents will jump at the prospect of showing a house and making a sell. They will have the basic info on it and can find out anything else you need to know. Just seeing it should give you an idea tho. Some agents will list "as is" to avoid any upgrade requests/legalities.Where can I look to find more information on a home for sale?Keep on looking for homes for sale the as is means the home has major repairs that need to be done and the seller will not do the repairs no matter how extensive.yamaha atv
