I know in Canada they have a insane amount of government grants out there, its crazy the amount of money the gov't will just hand to you if you are opening a buisness and just fill out a form and hand it in. Tax credits should be looked into as well, With some appliances now, you can get thousands of dollars back just for buying energy effiecient and brand new.
