When you register for a website (facebook for example) you input certain information. Then, say, you want to delete some information you posted.

when you delete smt it is still on ur CPU that is the computers memory.

Your account is never deleted, it is only made inactive. Like on Facebook, if you delete your account and try to sign back in, all your info will still be there and your account will be made active. Ive tried to delete my My______ and i cant. So the info stays there.
