Information is disclosed to a credit card company.Is it a Federal violation for a camp to disclose disability information about a camper?It is against HIPAA- health information portability and accountability act. I used to have to train staff at a group home on this. We couldn't even put their name and birthdate on the wall at their own house! We were told heavy fines and and licensing issues would be involved if broken.
